ACCESS VIRUS TI2 DESKTOP with Original Box
via this auction
"Access Virus TI2 Desktop Features
Dual DSP system with over 80 stereo voices under average load.
Virus Control 3.0 VST and Apple Audio Unit Plug-for Mac OS X and Windows XP
Seamlessly remote integration into your sequencer, making it feel just like a plug-in
Added effects, including Tape Delay, Frequency Shifter and Distortions
25 percent more calculating power than the original Virus TI
Rugged, redesigned housing with classic wood-grain border
Future proof investment
Every part, even in multi-mode, comes with its own chain of independent effects including reverb and delay. The massive voice count makes it possible to stack even complex sounds for the first time without breaking a sweat.
Atomizer is the performance-oriented beat slicer, allowing you to play on your keyboard what others can only cut and paste inside their audio workstation. Features like this keep the Virus at the forefront of innovative sound design.
The Beauty of Being Different
Virtual analog oscillators aside, the Virus TI offers an extensive range of musically exciting tonal building blocks. From wavetables, to hypersaw, to grain- and formant table oscillators, every single one was created with complete attention to detail, commitment to innovation, and a passion for musical potential.
The Virus TI can sound like a burning race bike on its way to hell or a choir of genetically enhanced tooth fairies. It’s just limited by your imagination.
Innovative Designs
Often it’s the little things which make all the difference. Section Locking for instance is preset mutation on steroids. You select what you like in a patch, lock it, and cycle through other presets to load only those aspects of the sound you want to explore changing. Imagine you were basing your lead melody around a user arpeggiator pattern and later in the game you realize that you want to keep the pattern but change the sound. Using Section Locking all you need to do is to lock the arp pattern and start browsing through your entire library to find something suitable.
More than 7000 Incredible Presets
As deeper instruments emerge many of players turn towards sound presets instead of building their own patches from scratch. Access Virus TI2 honors this tendency by giving you one of the largest free sound libraries anywhere, made by professional sound designers.
In fact, all sounds officially released for the Virus TI are checked and refined by Access' internal sound design gurus first. This way they can assure that the sounds have a minimal CPU footprint and maximal flexibility with all sorts of controllers pre-assigned for your enjoyment."

Simmons SDS 8 Drum Synthesizer
via this auction
"This is a Simmons SDS-8 analog drum machine from 1983. The sound is very similar to its brother unit the SDS-V. The Simmons machines were meant to be played w/ drum pad triggers. This machine does not have MIDI or a built in sequencer. Besides electronic drum pads... this machine can also be triggered with other analog control such as GATE triggers and plain audio as a trigger. It is common that people who own devices such as the Roland TR series or Yamaha RX series drum machines use the individual outs of their machines to control Simmons units. The synthesis on these types of machines is much more flexible than the average drum machine of the 80's era."
