via this auction"I made this module to interface my (Blacet and Modcan) banana jack modular gear with the outside world. The panel was ordered from Front Panel Express. There are four banana to 1/8" to 1/4", two banana to 1/8", and one banana to 1/8" multiple. The panel also has a plug to ground the jacks to your power supply. The plug is Modcan style, but it can still be plugged into a Blacet power distribution board."
