Blacet Final Filtre

via this auction
"No Longer in Production. Destined be a classic Blacet Frac Rack format Module.

The Final Filtre is a high quality FIVE Pole Low Pass filter designed around a high accuracy, low noise, low distortion switched capacitor filter IC. The Final Filtre includes 1V/oct voltage control of the frequency and voltage controlled Q. A notch filter output is also provided. The Filtre includes a built in event generator, making it more versatile than the usual synth module. It’s more like an effect box, although it is right at home in any modular system. The EG functions either in the LFO or AD (attack/decay) mode, providing modulating waveforms ranging from the low audio range to 30 seconds in length. Filters are one of the main devices responsible for the characteristic sound of electronic music. Users will appreciate the liquid quality and clean tone of the Final Filtre."

Sequential Circuits Pro-One

via this auction

"The Sequential Pro One is a wicked little monosynth! It comes from the same period and genre as the Roland SH-101 and Moog Prodigy. The Pro One was basically Sequential's attempt at taking their legendary Prophet 5 poly-synth and packing it into a compact, inexpensive, monophonic analog synth! It has two VCOs, a great 4-pole lowpass filter, two ADSR envelopes (one for filter), and a compact three-octave keyboard. With a Pro-One, you can easily create punchy analog bass-lines and leads or quirky analog synth effects. The Pro One is an extremely flexible synth with lots of modulation possibilities (ie: the filter, VCO B and LFO can modulate VCO A or B frequencies or pulse widths, or the VCF). There's also an onboard sequencer, something common on many Sequential synths but not often found on other monosynths of the time. Also onboard is an arpeggiator which has UP and UP/DOWN patterns."

Vermona DRM1 MKII

images via this auction
"The DRM1 MKII is an eight-channel, completely analog drum synthesizer. It gives you total control over every parameter through its 72 (!) controls.

There are eight channels, each featuring specific parameters for generating a certain kind of drum and/or percussive sound. They are divided into:
three DRUM channels
one MULTI channel
one SNARE channel
two HI HAT / CYMBAL channels
one CLAP channel
In addition to the main stereo output, every channel is also equipped with an individual output/insert jack, which allows you to insert external effects such as the VERMONA DAF-1 filter or PH-16 phaser.

The DRM1 MKII can be triggered via MIDI - MIDI channel and note number can be freely assigned."

Yamaha TX-516

via this auction

"This is a TX-816 rack with 5 TF1 DX7 modules installed, and it's upgradeable to 8. These are amazing units because every TF1 has a complete DX7 synth with its own voices and 16 note polyphony (so this unit has 80 voices of polyphony!). Stack them, split them, use them on separate channels, any way you want to combine them! These are still very popular in studios and large pro keyboard systems throughout the world."

Studio Electronics SE-1X

images via this auction

"The SE1X from the US manufacturer Studio Electronics – an improved version of the SE1 – is a monophonic analog synthesizer with memory, which became yet a legend in HipHop and R&B because of its deep basses and fattest lead sounds. Now it offers 198 new preset sounds ,each 398 memory locations in RAM and ROM, three MIDI-syncable LFOs, extended MIDI possibilities and even more. The clean front panel resembles of the Minimoog, so you have a great overwiev and can find all controls very quickly. The sound has to be described as fat: ultra-deep and still crystal-clear basses, punchy, sharp leads and crisp percussive sounds. The SE1X sounds just huge!"

" A-152 Voltage Addressed Track&Hold / Switch (Multiplexer) / Digital Outputs. whats that mean? well, it can do alot of stuff - but the most obvious feature is to take a bunch of inputs and use a CV to sweep select between them to one output. check out this page for the full scoop on all the mindboggling sequencing and cv tricks it can do"
