"Synth is is fair working order; sliders are NOT scratchy, all buttons work properly, outputs test OK. Display backlight is dim as is expected with EL backlights of this vintage, but LCD works fine. Issue is that some of the voices in the round-robin voice assignment scheme exhibit distortion, others don't. Repeating a note or chord on any patch several times will yield several clean iterations, followed by several distorted iterations. The distortion is moderate; it doesn't obliterate the sound but it is obvious that this isn't correct operation. I suspect deteriorated components that are out of factory tolerances. Sold as-is with a number of accessories as shown in the photos."
