"FM rackmount MIDI synth module from 1987. 4 operator synth very similar to the DX11 but without the keys. MIDI in out and thru and 8 part multi-timbral. Eight voice polyphonic, 128 preset and 32 user patches. Many other functions accessible from the front panel. Voices that can be split, layered and detuned. Great FM sounds percussive, pad, synth effects, and strong basses including the famous "Lately Bass" preset used on many dance tracks."
