This one most likely suffered from the battery leak. Via the listing: "My dad bought me this Synth for Christmas back in 1984. I'm probably the 2nd owner (I was 13 that year!) Now I'm 40 and the Synth no longer works. Instead of having it restored myself, I'd like to sell it for Parts/Restoration and purchase a new Prophet 08. When I turn it on the lights come up, and the pre-set buttons still work, but it produces no sound."
