"S-4 Pad # 1 ( serial number 100505 ) this pad is in excellent condition, and shows very little handling or playing wear.

S-4 Pad # 2 ( serial number 100012 ) this pad is not in very good shape. The top head is ripped, and the trim ring is missing. There is some minor visible rust near the input terminals."
