"Incredibly, each of its 6 voices have two DCO's (digitally controlled analog oscillator), a low-pass Curtis filter, 2 VCA's, 3 envelope generators, 2 LFO's, and 2 ramp generators, all of which can be edited via the MatrixEd editor, although there are others available on-line. When compared to other 'classic' analogue polysynths from the early eighties, these are quite sumptuously equipped.
Please note that this is the white-faced version and due to its relatively recent build (1994), is generally considered to be more reliable. They're also considered to be less noisy than the earlier black-models of the eighties but yet still retain the same analogue components."
