Elektron Sidstation

via this auction
"If you have ever used a Commodore 64 or are into chiptune music like the NES Gameboy and nanoloop then this is the ultimate synth. The Sidstation is Elektron's first machine a synthesiser containing the C64's MOS6581 sound chip .

The architecture of the Sidstation is simple, three oscillators, three envelopes, four LFO’s and the dirty analogue filter are capable of extraordinary results. The machine also allows you to run external sounds through its filter and can play the c64 music files using the free Elektron Asid utility. The Sidstation is now sold out and discontinued due to the fact that 6581 chips were getting harder and harder to find. This machine has now become a collectors item and very rare."
