Studio Electronics ATC-1

via this auction

"This unit has two other VERY USEFUL side functions/applications:

1. It takes audio in, so you can send in other signals (i.e. audio from a soft synth) & put it through the analog filters. So it's also an outboard analog filter box.
2. It has CV/Gate output. For anyone that doesn't know, this means it can be used to convert MIDI information to CV which can be recieved by 90% of pre-midi synthesizers. So if you have any pre-midi synths or are thinking of getting some, this can do the conversion. So it's doing exactly what a 'Kenton' box does, which would otherwise cost you $400 alone.

Here's the basic specs on it:
* Polyphony - Monophonic
* Oscillators - 2 VCOs: triangle, sawtooth and variable width square; Osc sync; white noise gen.
* LFO - 2 LFOs. Waveforms: triangle, sawtooth, reverse sawtooth, square, noise, random. Sample & Hold
* Filter - External cartridge VCF: Moog, S.E.M., 303, and 2600. External audio input
* VCA - 3 ADSRs: one for VCA, one for VCF and third to modulate other parameters
* Keyboard - None
* Memory - 512 patches
* Control - MIDI, CV / GATE
* Date Produced - 1997"
