"This multimode filter is based on the Oberheim 12dB SEM VCF design. While the LP mode is rather smooth and typical of the Oberheim sound, it can get real nasty. The output will distort VCO's when the level goes past about 5-6. Makes for some nice overdriven sounds, especially in bandpass. Another neat advantage to this VCF is that it's output can be mixed from Lowpass to Highpass and everything in between! (notch)"
