"The Signal Arts MAPS is an incredibly sophisticated 8 channel analog style sequencer that has a built in 3 channel midi/cv converter and is capable of operating as a sequencer and performing midi/cv conversion at the same time. Its functionally similar to sequencers like the Sequentix P3 or the Doepfer MAQ 16/3 and is capable of some veryclever self modulation tricks. It also has analog clock inputs and outputs, has a dinsync output and many more features.
Note that this is an earlier version of the sequencer than that advertised on the website. As far as I know the difference is that this version has no CV input and has 16 banks of memory instead of 24. I'm not sure if there are other differences so if this concerns you then please contact Signal Arts and ask them. This unit is Serial Number : SEQB10300016."
