That thing is a bassline beast, but it's a programmer's nightmare. It was quite popular in the early days of 'ardcore/jungle, but appears to have fallen out of favor in the age of software plugins. However, I talked to a couple of dubstep producers this past Thursday, and they said the FM units like this are making a resurgence among South London set.
