Rare Circuit Bent Spunkytoofer Casio VA-10 Synthesizer, FX processor
via this auction
"CASIO VA-10 CIRCUIT BENT VOCODER SYNTHESIZER
# 2 of 2 created!
Synthesizer, sampler, fx processor and circuit bent device. A very useful and versatile studio piece on it's own, never mind it being a professionally circuit bent version by SPUNKYTOOFERS, like this specimen. Aside from being an amazing synthesizer, it also functions as a great vocoder. This very interesting Casio keyboard from 1994 has a built-in digital effect processor with microphone input, which can produce many kinds of reverberations, pitch shifting, vibrato/ tremolo, chorus, flanger (sounds like mellow tape mess, but is great for celestial sound pads) and some very weird howling feedback/ LFO sounds those resemble much to 1950th horror or psycho thriller movie effects. Very fun to use as an FX processor."
