"Up for auction is an ULTRA-RARE (Imported into the USA in 1973) Univox/KORG Mini KORG-700 analog synthesizer. This was KORG's first single oscillator monophonic synth, pre-dating the 700S by a few of years. It is capable of producing some great sounds, especially BASSLINES and thinner pitched sounds. It has a very unique and distinct analog sound with undeniable PUNCH!
Starting on the control panel, from left to right, we have a master volume, and 2 horizontal " Traveler" sliders which represent the low and hi pass filters. It then has 2 sliders for "Attack" and "Percussion". It has 5 octave ranges and triangle, square, and sawtooth waves, or a chorus mode. Further to the right are controls for expand, bright, sustain, bender, repeat, vibrato, delay vibrato, and portamento. The 4 sliders to the right control the vibrato and portamento. Lastly it has another pitch adjuster that can be used as a "slide" type effect..."
