"The D-550 is the rack version of the D-50 keyboard, one of the first all-digital synths offered by Roland (in reaction to the wildly successful Yamaha DX-7, if you’re interested). This synthesizer, although it’s digital, sounds absolutely FANTASTIC, a really beautiful, glorious sound. The PG unit allows you to adjust synthesizer parameters without menu diving. The units are in very good condition considering their 25+ year age. All is known to work and sound perfectly..."

"Up for auction is this awesome Yamaha DX5 synthesizer. This synth is part of the legendary line of Yamaha DX synthesizers. They were digital synths with some warm analog sounds that were introduced in 1985. While a little tricky to program, this is an extremely powerful synth that is basically TWO DX-7s in one !

This synth includes two voice cartridges as pictured and a power cable which is a bit jerry-rigged but works."
