"Casio mini-keyboard, VL-1, ca. 1981. A combined synthesizer, sequencer, keyboard and calculator. Cheesy lo-fi monophonic sounds. In ADSR mode, the envelope of the sound is programmable (attack, decay, sustain and release time). Auto-rhythm patterns. Although it has only 29 button-like mini keys, the actual range is almost 5 1/2 octaves thanks to the octable low/middle/high modes. Built-in speaker. Line-out output. Works on 4 'penlight' batteries or 6 VDC mains adapter (not included)."
