Yamaha CS01 mkII Analog Synthesizer SN 2494
via this auction
"Released in 1984 as an update to the original CS01 synth, this guy sports a better-sounding 24db/octave filter, and a variable resonance control. It's got all the usual trimmings of an analog monosynth - 5 waveforms including variable-speed PWM, ADSR filter, pitch and mod wheels... Also has an input for a Yamaha BC-1 breath controller, which can be assigned to the filter or VCA as you see fit. It's even got pegs for a guitar strap, and wheels perfectly positioned for rocking out 80's keytar style!"
