"the beauty of the oberkorn mk2 is the binary inputs. the oberkorn has four inputs which expect a 0 or 5v input. using these four inputs, you can access any of the individual steps. using a pwm, or a system of trigger signals, you can access the gates and make some very interesting sequences. It's much like a make noise rene or a klee when used in that fashion."

"The Matrix 6 is a hybrid analog-digital synthesizer, featuring digitally controlled oscillators and an analog lo-pass filter, envelope generators, VCAs, LFOs, ect. This mix of analog and digital gives the Matrix 6 the richness of analog and the stability of digital (i.e. the oscillators don't detune). The envelopes are a bit slow, making it ideal for pads. The presets on this are very 80s, but the fact that any parameter on the Matrix 6 can modulate any other parameter makes this a very versatile synth."
