"The SX-240 is similar to other early 80's polyphonic synths like the Juno and Polysix, but with it's own unique and awesome sound, particularly in its on-board chorus. Some facts include: the The SX-240 has 8 voice Polyphony, and a Bi-Timbral option, for stacking separate sounds, 2 DCO's per voice along with 1 Sub-Oscillator, 2 envelopes, LFO's with multiple waveshapes, Ring Modulation, Chorus, and a 24db Lowpass Filter. The synthesizer also has a 15000 note built-in sequencer
that can be triggered via the clock in input in the rear. The patches can be edited via the edit wheel, which is surprisingly accessible and easy to use."
