images at this auction"This Vintage Korg DW-8000 DGWS(Digital Waveform Generator System) was made in Japan sometime during the mid 1980s. This 61 note(with velocity & aftertouch) synth has 8 note polyphony, a nice variety of16 digital sampled waveform(saw, square & sine) & 6 parameterw/ real-time, slider-controlled operation) envelope generator. Also has resonant low pass filter, low frequency oscillator & a 64 note sequencer/arpeggiator. It has digital delay(great delay along with modulation effects such as flanging, phasing & chorus). It offers MIDI operation. Controls include joystick w/ note bending control, volume & tuning sliders, programming buttons w/ convenient parameter list to right, including all 16 waveforms. Back panel has ac jack(ac cord included), power switch, MIDI, controller, output & phones jacks & tape interface."
