Electro Harmonix Clap Track
"The controls are Sensitivity, Clap Volume, Noise Volume, Noise Decay, and Noise Attack. It has a trig in jack, Reverse Noise out, out and a track switch."
Update via Tiwo in the comments:
hear it here ("i'd also download the demo... even on my laptop speakers the DL sounds very different than the stream")
"The demo, starts with the Clap triggered by a Plan B m28(just as a simple clock) tweaking sens and the "3x track" switch ...then noise, then it's twiddling with the noise controls Attack/Decay... then unplugged(sorry, no edits allowed!) and the Reverse Noise out is connected(sorry, should've used one on each channel--very cool!) then unplugged(ouch..no edits) and more tweaks. (oh, the second half of the demo was triggered by the Liwewire DualCyclotron) It's a lot of coolness for a "clap" pedal!"

Anyone know who that is in the image? Reminds me of Liz Fraser of the Cocteau Twins.
